Registration

Beverage Purchase
Purchase the beverages and ice (you will be reimbursed) and organize the coolers for the event.
Clean Up Crew
After the event help stack the chairs and tables, clean up the yard and/or the kitchen.
Cooks and Kitchen Help
Barbecue the Brats, setup the food tables, help in the kitchen.
Decorate Tables and Event
You can help plan the decorations and set them up at 3:00 pm.
Greeters
Come at 3:30 pm and greet the members as they arrive.
Miscellaneous
Photographer, Master of Ceremonies (M.C.), Audio Visual, Music or ?
Salad Prep for 10
Bring a potato salad, coleslaw or green salad that can serve up to 10. Contact Gail for details.
Setup Chairs & Tables
Come at 2:30 pm to help setup the chairs and tables.

Big events like this require you, our club members, to help out. We've created a way for you to tell us what you'd like to do (making salads, setup chairs & tables, clean up, etc).

Please click the "register" button and and choose the way you can help. Gail and Dick Bird have opened their home and are organizing the event but we all need to pitch in.
