Concerned about brain health?

Alzheimer’s and dementia are widely regarded as the most devastating diseases of the 21st century. One out of 10 people aged 65 and older are at risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease.

Join this online event to learn more about brain health and how you CAN make a difference.  Kathy H. participated in a two-week journey in 2019 that focused on Health and Wellness.  She will share some of the information she learned relative to how we can have an impact on the health of our brain.

Additional resources include information from Drs. Ayesha and Dean Sherzai, co-directors of the Alzheimer’s Prevention Program at Loma Linda University Medical Center, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services National Institute on Aging and Dr. Daniel Amen, founder of Amen Clinics.

You need to register no later than May 14th, so an email with a link to join the Zoom event will be sent to you.

Questions?  Please contact Kathy H. at kathleen-hart@sbcglobal.net  Hope you can join us!
