Carolynn Washington is a California Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) volunteer and the Education Outreach Coordinator for the Sacramento County Office of Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP).. She has spent 13 years as a volunteer educator and leader, serving the public and empowering people to advocate for themselves. This presentation will benefit not only our members on Medicare, but anyone younger will be starting on Medicare , or who is assisting family and friends with managing Medicare.
