Friendship Force members travel as a small group of 15 to 20 "Ambassadors".  The Ambassadors are hosted for one week in each city they visit.  Normally the Friendship Force of Sacramento goes on two "outbound" journeys each year.  

The Sacramento club also hosts Ambassadors from other clubs for one week at a time.  We normally host two or three "inbound" journeys per year.
