It's time to spread your wings! The City of Sacramento and Consulate of Mexico are presenting a free outdoor temporary exhibition of nine bronze sculptures by Jorge Marín, a well-known Mexican contemporary artist. One of the pieces, titled "Wings of Mexico," consists of large wings framed where viewers can stand on a pedestal and pose for photos between the wings. The nine sculptures have traveled throughout the world for the past 25 years and most recently were located in Santa Ana. The sculptures will be located on K Street between 11th and 7th Street and on 9th and Capitol Mall. Sacramento will be home to the nine sculptures until November 2019.
