We normally do a "Photo-Shoot" somewhere but may fall back to a Zoom meeting. Please register if you want to be kept informed on our monthly "Flexperience".
This month we will be visiting Davis. Below are the driving instructions.
Take the Richards Blvd. offramp from I-80, turn right at the stoplight, and proceed straight into downtown Davis. We will meet at 3 pm in front of the Davis Varsity Theater, 616 2nd St, Davis, CA 95616 -- where there are benches and an ice cream store. re: PARKING: Before 6 p.m., street parking is free, but limited to 2 hours. There is free 3-hour parking in a parking lot above the Regal Davis Holiday Theater, 101 F Street in downtown Davis. Parking limits aren't enforced anywhere after 6 pm (except on UC Davis).
From 3-5 pm, we will visit three lovely art galleries in downtown Davis, including one with photographs on display. We meet back at the Varsity Theater at 5 pm, and have dinner at a local restaurant (of choice). After dinner, we will walk around downtown & photograph street art (murals, sculptures, etc.) before it gets too dark. With questions, please contact Terry Parker: terrylynparker@gmail.com
