Did you know that the Friendship Force of Sacramento has a beautiful Live Oak tree in a park in North Natomas? We have been working with the Sacramento Sister City organization for years and they have honored us with a tree there. It's time for some yard work though and we could use your help.

Dear Sister City Organizations and Friendship Force,
Happy Autumn! It's a good time for a work party in our Sister Cities Friendship Garden! Invite your members for Saturday, October 16th, 9am to 11am. Youth are welcome and can qualify for service hours. (they must bring their own paperwork)
What: Sister Cities Friendship Garden work party! (we will weed, clean up trash, spread wood chip mulch and trim trees as needed)
When: Saturday, October 16th, 9am - 11am
Where: Sister Cities Friendship Garden, 2901 Truxel Rd, Sacramento, CA 95833
Bring gloves, a hat and water to drink. Note: there is now a restroom available at the park
