Our annual membership meeting (formerly known as Oktoberfest) will be at 5:00 pm on Thursday October 26 at the clubhouse at Pinebrook Village Mobile Home Park, 7900 Folsom-Auburn Rd. Folsom, California.
This is the meeting where we elect a new slate of officers for the coming year, and it is also the farewell dinner for the inbound Oregon Willamette Valley journey. We’ll enjoy a Mexican buffet and meet new friends from Oregon. Cost is $20 per person. Deadline to sign up and pay is Monday October 23.
Home hosts for the Oregon inbound do not need to pay or sign up; they and the ambassadors are automatically included.
